NBA Star Stephen Curry’s Former East Bay Home Hits the Market for $8.9 Million: Features $250K Garden and Luxurious Amenities

The mansion custom-built for NBA star Steph Curry has just hit the market for a whopping $8.9 million.

The Golden State Warriors guard purchased the 8,163-square-foot smart home in Alamo, CA, in 2018 for $6 million. After the Warriors moved from Oakland to San Francisco a year later, Curry sold the luxe mansion to the current owners for $6.4 million.

“His is one of the most coveted properties in the area,” says listing agent Bonnie King, of Compass. “It was built by famous builder ONY Homes in collaboration with Steph Curry and offers the convenience of a smart home, the luxury of modern design, and all the privacy and beauty of the area.”
