Bold Prophecy: NBA Legend Tips Golden State Warriors as 2024 NBA Championship Contenders

It feels like many people have written off the Golden State Warriors for the upcoming 2023-24 NBA season. Many people, except NBA Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal.

Shaq was performing a DJ set during the Outside Lands music festival when he addressed the Bay Area crowd with a huge compliment about their basketball team. He played the song ‘We Are the Champions’ by Queen and told the crowd something they loved to hear.

“This is a song y’all gonna be singing at the end of the year,” Shaq said as he performed.

It’s tough to say how exactly the Golden State Warriors are going to perform next season. The team will definitely be incredibly hungry after a disappointing year, and multiple players are already on group chats trying to set up mini-camps. However, it’s still very hard to predict just how Chris Paul will look on the Golden State Warriors. No one is sure if he’s going to start, how he’ll look with the starters, and how he’ll feel about coming off of the bench. Make no mistake, there will be an acclimation period for this team.

The Golden State Warriors will be facing the Phoenix Suns on opening night in the upcoming 2024 NBA season. While it’s just the first game of the season, it’ll be a perfect game to see where the Warriors stand among the NBA’s most stacked team.
