New reports indicate that Steph Curry significantly improved his living arrangements and even profited from it.

In December 2020, Curry acquired a lavish 17,761-square-foot residence situated on 1.7 acres of land in Atherton, California. This exclusive location boasts the highest real estate prices in the United States, and Curry purchased the property for $30 million.

Subsequently, in the autumn of 2021, he sold his previous mansion in Atherton, a 7,535-square-foot home on 1.18 acres, to Chinese billionaire Forrest Li for $31.2 million.

Curry’s new estate in the Bay Area is an impressive dwelling comprising seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Its exterior design predominantly features stucco and glass, while the outdoor area boasts a pool, sundeck, cabana, and meticulously maintained lawn.

Upon entering, a grand atrium adorned with a chandelier leads to expansive dining and living spaces, as well as a movie theater, fully equipped bar, and a wine cellar. The master bedroom boasts a fireplace, wet bar, and a luxurious marble bath.

Undoubtedly, Curry has the financial means to pursue such upgrades. In fact, he ranked fifth on Forbes’ annual list of the world’s highest-paid athletes in May, having earned an impressive $92.8 million.
